Client Sales Executive – Translation & Localisation


About the role

  • To source, target and win new business within allocated existing and lapsed accounts
  • To identify, qualify and build solid, high-level relationships within those accounts in order to sell our services and to meet financial targets
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales account management
  • Prepare sales report

Duties & responsibilities

  • To recognise business needs, to develop and present proposals, always working towards providing the solution to the client
  • To assist the sales team in following up and qualifying new business enquiries through telephone calls and email
  • To retain and grow our customer base across selected sectors whilst establishing, developing and maintaining productive relationships with allocated accounts
  • To be responsible for lead generation and appointment setting for your accounts and assisting the New Business team as required.
  • Research and evaluate new business opportunities (Internet and using own initiative)
  • Maintain accurate information on CRM system (Salesforce) and on the network
  • To manage the full sales cycle, working towards agreed sales targets and within the company’s culture
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • To establish good working relations with all departments within the company to increase the service effectiveness and business efficiency
  • Attend networking events

Essential Skills

  • Negotiation & presentation skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Ability to close business deals
  • Strong sales experience
  • Focus on client retention and improving the customer experience
  • Experience working with a CRM System, ideally Salesforce.com
  • Drivers licence essential

Preferable Skills

  • Sales experience selling a service rather than a product
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the language services industry
  • Previous industry experience preferred, but not critical

Hours of Work

37 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 9.00 am – 5.30 pm,
Friday – 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
